I wish Loren, but no such luck...The by-laws were never changed. So election is still in January.

Kelli, under the by-laws it states
"These By-Laws may be amended or repealed by a majority vote of the Board of Directors at a regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors."

so from what i am reading, you all can ammend these by-laws through a board meeting... nowhere does it say otherwise from what i can tell...

The rules are always finalized by the drivers that are present at the meetings when they are going on and if you are not present then you have no say in the rules. I was wondering if someone from each class could start earlier in the off season and get the rules finalized earlier so during the meetings they can just show up and say here is the rules for their division of "Modified or which ever." and be done with them so people can get to work on their cars alot earlier this coming year.
